At Mustela, we want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with our skincare products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and the products are secure to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
